Position Title: Assistant HR Manager-Recruitment

Department: HR Department

Reporting to: HR Director

Position Description                                                                      

We are looking for a recruitment specialist to support our recruitment process of administrative staff at GTIIT. The incumbent will be involved in a wide range of support activities inside the HR Department.

 

Duties and Responsibilities                                                                   

·        Implement planning, development, maintenance and expansion of recruitment channels to ensure the high quality of talents and ensure that the recruitment channels can effectively meet the needs of the University.

·        Implement the standardized design and implementation of the recruitment process (job ads post, resume screening, interview organization, recruitment, entry procedures, entry background investigation), and continue to improve the professionalism of the recruitment section in compliance with Chinese labor laws and local government regulations.

·        Generate monthly/semi-annual/yearly recruitment analysis and report it to supervisor and PVC in charge.

·        Conduct headcount budget forecast with admin department heads and advise optimized staffing of the following year when necessary.

·        Manage employment contracts of all administrative staff and manpower company staff.

·        Deliver new employee orientation and training related activities.

·        Organize activities to promote employer branding and employee morale.

·        Manage personnel archives and daily maintaining in HR system.

 

Required Job Specifications                                                                

·        Required qualification: master degree or above in Human Resources, Business Management, English or other related fields from an internationally recognized university.

·        Required work experience: at least 5 years’ work experience in recruitment, preferably in an educational institution or international company setting.

Required Job Competencies                                                                

·        Proficient in English and Chinese.

·        Recruitment and job interviewing skills.

·        Knowledge of relevant Chinese labor laws

·        Good communication and interpersonal skills to work in an international, cross-cultural work environment.

·        Responsible, honest, patient, detail oriented and team work spirit.

·        Multi-task skills and good Microsoft Office skills.
