Post Specification
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Carry out policies, procedures and guidelines related to SSE education team;
2. Assist in overseeing the academic standard of programmes and supporting the development of programmes and courses;
3. Assist in secretarial support to committees including vetting proposals, preparing meeting papers, drafting committee minutes and following through the implantation of decisions made by the committees;
4. Support the administration of student scholarships and other award schemes;
5. Any other tasks as assigned by supervisor(s).
Qualifications and Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above;
2. 1 to 3 years of solid experience obtained from tertiary education institutions in the Mainland, preferably in the registry services-related operations;
3. Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Putonghua);
4. Proficiency in using MS office software;
5. Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills, and with demonstrated ability to produce quality work consistently and under tight timelines.
Salary and Benefits
Salary will be competitive, commensurate with qualifications and experience. Appointments will be made under the establishment of CUHK-SZ and statutory benefits will be provided according to the prevailing labor laws applicable in the PRC. The appointee will be based at the University campus in Shenzhen, PRC.
