一、学校简介

清华附中国际部(Tsinghua International School,简称THIS)隶属于清华附中,在清华附中校内。创建于2009年,旨在为在华外籍人员子女及海外归国人员子女提供“中西合璧”的教育。重视中英双母语能力的培养及中西文化的渗透融合。学校以美国核心课程标准为参考,高中开设美国大学先修课程(AP),形成中美融合的课程体系,提供沉浸式的英文环境。中文被列为全校1-12年级必修的核心课程,同步使用中国教育部的部编版教材,并在初中开设了中国历史课和东方艺术课,打造了中文、中国历史、东方艺术三位一体的中国语言文化课程体系,全方位夯实学生的中国文化底蕴。

*岗位职责:

·         双语IT工程师

主要负责维护学校教学管理系统;管理与维护学校网络,提高网络运行质量;统筹各类操作系统的安装及故障排查;保障学校服务器、交换机、路由器等正常运行。

Ø       Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

PowerSchool (PS)

-        Manage all aspects of Power School including the database with the support of the technology staff.

-        Communicate as needed with the tech team at PowerSchool.

-        Provide professional development sessions for new teachers and the entire staff as needed.

-        Use programming to alter aspects of PS as needed. 

-        Oversee the set-up of the parent conference schedule.

-        Ensure student, staff and report card schedules are developed and adhered to. 

-        Manage and make necessary adjustments to the Admissions segment of PS.

Maintenance

-        Oversee the management of the school LMS system, the Follett database and others. 

-        Coordinate the work of the non-teaching technology team

-        Work with administrators to support school initiatives.

-        Oversee the management of technology in the school including the ordering of hardware and software.

-        Support the maintenance of hardware as well as software applications. 

-        Work with others to manage the servers. 

-        Develop an understanding of the network and how it interacts with the larger school located on the campus. 

Ø       Qualifications

-        A degree in Computer Science

-        Background and experience in database development and management

-        Experience with PowerSchool or similar student information system

-        Native level English skills

-        Preferred Experience managing an LMS (Learning Management System)

 

·         小学心理老师 Primary Grades Social-Emotional Counselor

Tsinghua International School is seeking a dedicated and experienced Primary Grades Social-Emotional Counselor to join our dynamic team. As the Primary Grades Social-Emotional Counselor, you will play a pivotal role in promoting the well-being and emotional growth of our students in the primary grades.

Ø       Responsibilities

-     Provide Counseling Services: Conduct individual and group counseling sessions to address the social-emotional needs of primary grade students, fostering their emotional well-being, resilience, and healthy relationships.

-     Assess Student Needs: Assess students' social-emotional development and identify potential concerns or challenges through observations, interviews, and assessments.

-     Collaborate with Teachers: Collaborate with teachers to support the development and implementation of strategies to address students' social-emotional needs in the classroom environment.

-     Implement Social-Emotional Programs: Develop and deliver social-emotional programs, workshops and lessons to enhance students' self-awareness, self-regulation, empathy, and problem-solving skills.

-     risis Intervention: Provide immediate support and crisis intervention services to students during challenging situations or emergencies, ensuring their safety and emotional well-being.

-     Parental Collaboration: Collaborate with parents, guardians, and families to support the social-emotional growth of students, providing guidance, resources, and workshops as needed.

-     Consultation and Referrals: Consult with teachers, administrators, and other relevant stakeholders regarding students' social-emotional needs, and make appropriate referrals to external professionals or agencies, if necessary.

-     Maintain Records: Document counseling sessions, assessments, and interventions accurately and maintain confidential student records in accordance with school policies and regulations.

-     Professional Development: Stay updated on the latest research, best practices, and developments in the field of social-emotional counseling, attending workshops and conferences, and participating in professional development opportunities.

-     Team Collaboration: Collaborate with other school counselors, administrators, and support staff to create a supportive and inclusive school environment that fosters students' social-emotional well-being.

Ø       Qualifications:

-     Education and Certification:  

Bachelor’s Degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.  Certification in school counseling or a counseling-related discipline is preferred.

-        Experience:  

·        Minimum of 2 years of experience working as a counselor, preferably in an educational setting. Experience working with primary grade students is highly desirable.

-        Knowledge and Skills:

·        Sound knowledge of child development, social-emotional learning theories, and evidence-based counseling techniques.

·        Familiarity with different counseling approaches and strategies suitable for primary grade students.

·        Excellent interpersonal, communication, and active listening skills.

·        Ability to establish rapport with students, parents, and staff and maintain a supportive and confidential counseling environment.

·        Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks effectively.

·        Cultural Competence: Understanding and appreciation of cross-cultural environments, to effectively support students from diverse backgrounds; experience with Chinese-culture students, preferred.

-        Fluency:  

Proficiency in English is required, and fluency in Mandarin Chinese is highly desirable.

Ø       Responsibilities

-  根据国际部体育大纲要求完成授课;

-  能够鼓励、引导课堂合作式活动,提现学校教育价值观;

- 对有需求的学生进行课后辅导,积极参与或组织学生体育类社团活动,课后或周末带学生参加体育类比赛。

Ø       Qualifications:

-  本科以上学历,体育相关专业,有海外留学背景者优先;

-  热爱教育事业,师德表现优秀,关爱学生、为人师表;

-  具有国际学校工作经验者优先;

-  英语接近母语水平,可以流利地用英文进行授课和交流。
