1)Provide excellent customer service for all our students, teachers, and guests2)Has a general understand of the campus community and can efficiently and effectively directs customers to appropriate service areas.3)Handles customer service inquiries and problems via telephone, internet, or written correspondence4)Contribute to student learning, growth and advancement5)Collecting information on students and providing advisory services to students6)Cooperate and support with professors in teaching management and academic guidance, and educational/teaching tasks, etc. 7)Be responsible for the daily management of students, classes and fore 8)Organize student activities on a regular basis, and do the mobilization, organization, coordination, implementation and summary work9)Facilitate problem-solving with a curious mind and critical thinking skills10)Collaborate effectively with parents and the organization to increase student performance11)Schedule and inform the teaching/course plans12)Manage the study programmes13)Arrange classrooms and organizing examination schedules14)As the contact person for the academic and teaching issues

1)Proven work experience as a tutor or similar role
2)Ability to take supervision and correction constructively
3)Ability to positively supervise students
4)At least a master's degree
5)Major in Education, Psychology is preferred
6)Management experience as a member of the student unions or student clubs preferred
7)Patient, flexible, positive, consistent, dependable and cooperative with a sense of humour
8)Fluent in spoken and written English
9)Working experience in an academic office of the universities is a plus
10)Fluent German is a plus
