Biotechnology Scientist / 生物技术研究员

Qualifications, Skills & Competencies
- Recent PhD in biochemistry, chemistry, biotechnology or a related subject
- Excellent practical laboratory skills (essential)
- Experience in molecular biology, protein chemistry and bioanalytical methods
- High level of attention to detail
- Excellent organisational, planning and prioritisation skills
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn and succeed
- Ability to work in a team and cooperate with work colleagues
- Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal)
- Good interpersonal skills
- Experience with IT packages (especially Word, Excel and data processing software)

任职要求：
1.博士学历，方向为生物化学、生物技术、分子生物学等相关专业，应届毕业优先。
2.熟练掌握生物化学或分子生物学相关专业的理论知识和专业技能；具备一定的生物化学或分子生物学相关的科研经历。
3.有较强的逻辑思维能力，能对实验方案进行评估和计划。思路清晰，对实验结果有较强的分析总结能力。高度关注细节，能及时发现实验执行过程中出现的问题并及时纠正。
4.有较强的学习能力，能快速掌握工作中需要的相关技术及仪器操作。
5.性格开朗，沟通能力强，具有团队合作精神。工作态度积极主动、严谨认真、为人诚实、责任心强。
6.具有极佳的英语听说读写能力。
