Electronics Engineer (Manager Level)

Position Description We are looking for a skilled personnel to manage the design center and provide strict supervision of all the on-going projects. Duties and Responsibilities •Manage the design center, including service functions, lab layout design, equipment purchasing, and staff recruitment.•Design the development road map and guarantee the execution.•Responsible for communicating with customers and developing business. Understand and help customers analyze demands and provide designs from the perspectives of equipment systems.•Maintain and develop equipment, including equipment management, calibration, and maintainance. Try to develop new equipment for self-usage.•Responsible for job management, including customer requirement management, specifications, cost and time management.•Design the work procedure for workshop and guarantee the operation following the working procedure.•Provide electronic engineering support, including electronic PCB design, software design, circuit analysis and failure debug support.•In charge of schematic and layout design, embed software design with bios and application layer.•Based on labview or QT software development, create communication and functional connection with the embedded system.•Based on finite source analysis methods, simulate the design of magnetic components and analyze electromagnetic compatibility.•Undertake other tasks and responsibilities assigned by the superior.

Required Job Specifications
• Required qualification: bachelor degree in software engineering or automation from an internationally recognized university.
• Required work experience: 5 years and above working in electronic design, electronic components and power electronic design fields (automotive industry – optional).

Required Job Competencies
• Fluent English and Mandarin.
• Good understanding about switching power topology, power semiconductor, and magnetic component selection.
• Good experience in embedded C coding, design experience on C2000 DSP.
• Good experience in COMSAL simulation with AC/DC module. Or relevant experience with analysis software.
• Good interpersonal skill to work in an international, cross-cultural work environment.
• Experience in managing projects is an advantage.
