任职要求
Interested candidates should send an email with a single PDF file including 1) cover letter (including their research experience, expertise, and future research/career goals), 2) CV (resume), 3) the contact information of three or more references, and 4) other optional documents (if available) to Dr. Taewan Kim (rockjazzktw@yahoo.com). All the required documents and emails should be in English. The subject line (email title) includes “Postdoc Application to Kim Lab” for postdoctoral positions or “RA Application to Kim Lab” for a research assistant position. Salary and Other benefits
1. For their successful publication history and career development, postdoctoral researchers will be immediately given current ongoing projects and also provided with funding and research supports to develop their own research projects upon their preference and idea qualification.
2. 聘期2年，税后薪酬为每年不低于33万元 (免税, tax free)，主要包括：（1）深圳大学综合年薪15万元（税前，含工资、社保、公积金、住房补贴等）；（2）深圳市政府博士后津贴18万元（税后）；（3）课题组科研绩效奖励.
3.The postdocs who are younger than 33 years old AND have two first-authored research papers in Q2 (2区 in CAS standard) will be available for additional 4000RMB/month for two years.
4.出站时条件优秀者可优先推荐留深圳大学工作。出站后留深圳工作可申请30万元科研启动经费；符合深圳市后备级人才和孔雀计划C类条件的可以获得160万元个人奖励（具体条件和金额以当年深圳市人力资源和社会保障局发布的标准为准).
5. 享受过节费、每月餐补福利待遇; 享受基本养老保险、基本医疗保险、失业保险、工伤保险、生育保险、住房公积金及住房补贴待遇.

1.Doctoral degree (Ph.D.) in biology, biochemistry, biomedicine, or other closely related fields.
2.Experimental expertise in molecular biology, cell biology, genetics, or biochemistry using human cell lines and/or mouse models.
3.Publications as first authorship or substantially contributing authorship.
4.Communicable language skills in English.
5.Not older than 35 years old AND No more than 3 years since earning PhD .
Preferred requirements
1.Experimental skills in molecular, cellular, and RNA biology.
2.First-authored publication(s) in cancer and/or RNA biology.
3.(Optional) Eligible for a visiting scientist visa in the USA, European countries and South Korea.
