1)Manage the President’s Office and provides administrative support for the Board of Trustees (Board), and Workforce Development and Corporate Partnerships2)Maintains standards of confidentiality in accordance with the BiUH, student records, and other protected documentation3)Collects data, analyzes, and prepares reports4)Develops presentations and correspondence for internal and external audiences5)Maintains the President’s calendar and communications, and represents at some meetings and events6)Build positive relationships with the employees, students and external partner7)Conduct meetings and office operations when the President is not available8)Manage information, conduct research, coordinate assessment, and maintain compliance and report for grants, accreditations, and the BiUH policies and procedures9)Support the President’s advancement and fundraising by documenting contacts, agreements, and gifts in the constituent management database10)Coordinate the President’s communications, social media, calendar, and community engagement activities11)Provide excellent public relations and communication skills (written and verbal), specifically interpretation in German, English and Chinese - or translation of selected documents12)Exhibit flexibility, a strong work ethic and willingness to learn and assume additional duties13)Cope with stressful circumstances and cordially interact with people to accomplish tasks
